David has 15 years of finance, operational and commercial experience gained in senior roles with a range of entrepreneurial technology and private equity organisations.

Immediately prior to joining Aircraft Management Technologies, David provided Advisory Services to a portfolio of clients in the Enterprise Software, Telecoms and Retail Sectors.

He previously spent three years as Chief Financial Officer of Similarity Systems, a Data Quality software company. There he successfully closed funding, completed a US acquisition and executed a $55M trade sale to Informatica Corporation.

David has also held senior roles as Investment Director of Mentor Capital, an innovative Venture Capital firm investing in early stage, IP driven technology companies, and as Finance & Operations Director of Ivron Systems, a videoconferencing software and hardware company where he executed a trade sale to a NASDAQ quoted company.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University Business School.
